As we prepare for our annual edition of Tiyambuke, read these 22 important character traits that a leader who serves within Glory Ministries must have:
1. Know the vision of Glory Ministries and know what the visionary Apostle Pride Sibiya wants.
2. Know the word of God and be prayerful and fast for your work that you will be doing so that its fruitful. Be fruitful in the house like an olive plant. John 15:1–8. You are a branch in the house of God. There must be testimonies of what you are doing. Refuse a fruitless ministry.
3. Don’t be rough, angry, a gossiper, rude, proud, lazy, selfish and a stubborn person.
4. Talk good about your church, market your church.
5. Have the wisdom of God in you.
6. Have a correctable and teachable spirit.
7. Have an action plan and follow it.

9. Be humble, gentle, polite, loyal and faithful. Run away from pride.
10. Be a self starter, initiative and innovative.
11. Love the visionary Apostle Pride Sibiya genuinely. Be gentle and laugh. Respect Apostle Pride and Mama Anna Sibiya.
12. Market your church. Talk good about Apostle P. Sibiya and all the Pastorswho serve within Glory Ministries and the whole Body Of Christ.
13. Attend all important services i.e. Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
14. Be patient and steadfast.
15. Be tolerant.
16. You must know the word and be prayerful.
17. Keep confidential information. Stay in unity with others. Ephesians 4v 1 & 3.
18. Do not be a gossiper but have a big heart and think big.
19. Ensure peace i.e. be at peace with all man hence be a peacemaker not a trouble maker. Mathew 5.
20. Learn to listen to instructions.
21. Be a fruitful steward of God. Be loyal committed and hardworking. I cor 4v 1’’Let a man so consider us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God ’’ I peter 4 v 10’’As each one has received a gift minister it to one another ,as good stewards of the manifold grace of God’’
22. Be faithful with little, renounce dishonesty. Do not steal, stealing is an offense. Don’t be crafty. Luke 16 v 10, Mathew 25 v 23. His lord said to him,’’ Well done good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord’’
The Tiyambuke International Christian Convention (TICC) is an annual gathering of Christian believers from various denominations, organized by Glory Ministries under the leadership of Apostle Pride and Anna Sibiya.
With its inception in 2001, TICC has grown to become one of the largest conferences in Zimbabwe.
The convention's name, "Tiyambuke," meaning "Let Us Cross Over," reflects its mission to lead people out of ignorance, sin, and bondage into a life of knowledge, love for God, health, prosperity, and freedom.
