Chitungwiza – Reverend Nelson Chamisa has graced the ordination ceremony of Apostle Pride Sibiya. The servant of God was ordained as a Bishop by Archbishop Asa Gurupira at the ongoing 2019 edition of Tiyambuke International Christian Convention (TICC).
The gathering will run from 26 to 31 August.
A bishop is an ordained, consecrated or appointed member Christian clergy who is generally entrusted with a position of authority and oversight. They are given responsibility by Christ to govern, teach and sanctify the Body of Christ.
Apostle Sibiya is the founder of Glory Ministries, a church with a firm foothold in five nations, has been in ministry for 25 years.
In 2001, after a command from God, he launched Glory Ministries. The initial service was attended by Apostle Sibiya. During the second service, the first member, now the international Overseer Shylock Masiyenyama joined him.
Since that day, he has advanced spiritually to become a notable orator on grand podiums across the globe – a relationship counsellor and theologian. In Chitungwiza and beyond, he is regarded as one of the city fathers.

The Tiyambuke International Christian Convention (TICC) is an annual gathering of Christian believers from various denominations, organized by Glory Ministries under the leadership of Apostle Pride and Anna Sibiya.
With its inception in 2001, TICC has grown to become one of the largest conferences in Zimbabwe.
The convention's name, "Tiyambuke," meaning "Let Us Cross Over," reflects its mission to lead people out of ignorance, sin, and bondage into a life of knowledge, love for God, health, prosperity, and freedom.
