Scripture: Judges 15:4, 1 Samuel 16:13, 2 Samuel 2:4

Every level in life that you must raise to needs you to be anointed. You can not talk of raising you to a level of becoming a God’s general without being anointed.

Anointed is the Greek/Hebrew word Mashach which means to anoint or to rub with oil to consecrate and separate a person for the next level. The anointing is the power of the holy spirit upon a person or the supernatural ability of God that comes upon a person and enables you to do things that you could not do alone

You are a natural human being but you are not allowed to operate in the natural. If you are in Christ it is illegal to operate on the natural, you have to operate on the supernatural.

Even if you are in the ushering department you can be a general in that when the supernatural power rest on you. God does not want cold ushers he is looking for people who usher but in the supernatural realm. Every ministry that you are saving in requires you to be anointed.

There are certain things we must do that requires us to be in the supernatural. The Levites in the book of exodus where not allowed to work in the house of God unless they were anointed.

The reason why people die in certain ministry is because they try to do the spiritual things on the physical. They are people who are doing the spiritual things on the physical which cause them to be called the canal Christians who are hot headed and cannot follow instructions. The things of the spirit are foolish to a canal man because they are spiritually discern. The anointing teaches you to be humble, it teaches you how to answer others and do things in the spirit of God. Sometimes when people become sexually immoral it is because they carry a gift but without the anointing. Being gifted does not mean that you are anointed.

Some of the struggles we have with people and things are because we try to deal with the spiritual things from a natural stand point. If you are anointed you can become a millionaire selling tomatoes.

Types Of Anointing:

1. The Lepers Anointing: (Leviticus 14:2-18): This is the process of the cleansing of the leper. It is symbolic to the cleansing of sinners. When you get born again you receive the lepers anointing and this anointing allows you to become a member of a church and not backslide. It gives you the ability to run away from sin and stay in the house of God. When you were in the world you used to criticize the things of God but when the veil is removed you become fond of the house of the Lord. But God does not require you to stay on that level for long, because this anointing does not have crowns. God does not desire to live with fruitless people, you have to be fruitful and graduate to the next level.

2. The Priestly Anointing: this is the anointing to minister to the Lord including bringing others to Christ. It brings the presence and the fellowship of the holy spirit for empowerment to minister in different dimensions. In this level you help the growth of the church and the body of Christ. What makes ministries to grow is not the anointing of the bishop but it happens when sheep gives birth to sheep. When you operate in this realm you become fruitful and a reason for God to safeguard, keep and bless you.
3. Levitical Anointing: This is the anointing that is required for those that handle things in the house of God. You are not allowed to handle the things in the house of the Lord without being anointed. It is the anointing that helps you to handle things in the church, carry instruments e.t.c. this type of anointing is not for everyone. It is for those who save in the background where very few people want to be part of. It helps you to become very powerful behind the scenes

4. The Kingly Anointing: This enables you to save in the position of influence.it makes you to be influential in business or in public ( politicians in general) they are people who can operate in both the kingly and priestly anointing like Solomon. Know where you are called to be some are called to operate in the kingly anointing only and never in the priestly.

You have been operating naturally but from this you are going to start operating in the supernatural. Leading without the anoint ruins others and yourself as well. Any person that prospers without the anointing will eventually crumble down because the anointing preserves you. The anointing can lift you and it can also destroys you. When the anointing comes it comes with power but when it goes it goes silently.

You must always maintain the anointing. Its costly to get the anointing but its very easy to lose the anointing. Demons do not fight you but they fight the anointing for they know that without the anointing you become fruitless. Be jealous of the anointing that God has given you because once you lose it the journey to get it back is very costly.
Just say Lord anoint me to become what you must become!

The Tiyambuke International Christian Convention (TICC) is an annual gathering of Christian believers from various denominations, organized by Glory Ministries under the leadership of Apostle Pride and Anna Sibiya.

With its inception in 2001, TICC has grown to become one of the largest conferences in Zimbabwe.

The convention's name, "Tiyambuke," meaning "Let Us Cross Over," reflects its mission to lead people out of ignorance, sin, and bondage into a life of knowledge, love for God, health, prosperity, and freedom.
