1. Know the vision of Glory Ministries and the heart of Apostle Pride Sibiya: Buy the book His Glory Our Vision and take time to read it. Also know the vision of the department and write it down, We also encourage our leaders to communicate the vision of the department to the people under them.

2. When Serving as a leader within Glry Ministries - Chart an Action Plan for the area where you lead i.e. where are you taking people. It must be within the restrictions of the main vision of Glory Ministries and the particular conference. Chart your course according to the vision or under the pastor’s vision. You must supervise your department.

3. Have a vision of where you are taking the area which you are leading: Does the department which you lead know where they are going? Habakkuk 2 v 1-3 Write the vision down make it plain. Communicate it to the people under you. Make sure your vision supports the main church vision. It should be under the vision of Glory Ministries and Apostle P. Sibiya as you are also under him.

5. When working as a leader, remember to choose a vice if you pastor or leader does not give you one. Make sure you choose someone with whom you will flow well with. Do so after some time of prayer. Also choose a sub committee leadership group to work with in the area where you lead.

6. Know that you are servant of the church and the church is not your servant. Romans 16:1. We are servants. If you want to be greater you must be a servant of all. Our core value of Servanthood.

7. What is important is productivity not the title. Let people give you a title not the opposite. Romans 16:1. Let what you are doing name you.
8. Don’t be a man pleaser- It’s a call and ministry Colossians 3:22-25 , Ephesians 6:6. Don’t do things because you want to please your pastor or Apostle P. Sibiya. Do everything with all your heart as unto the Lord. Understand that we are doing things for the Lord Jesus.

9. It’s a heart ministry. It’s a passion. Ephesians 6:6-7. It’s a calling you must be passionate for your ministry. Be committed to what God has called you for. Do things from the bottom of your heart. Be obedient to your leaders within Glory Ministries and Apostle P. Sibiya.

10. Do not interfere with Pastoral or spiritual things. Know where you end do not criss cross. Respect the man of God. Example of Aaron and Miriam they did not listen to Moses and Miriam was struck with leprosy. Leave Pastoral duties alone- talk to them with respect.
